ASSISTANCE WITH SETTING AND MANAGING PROJECTS
Helping project promoters develop efficient operational methodologies in response to both local and global challenges.
Working at the crossover of institutional, community and economic approaches and collectively possessing vast realms of experience, Geres experts are able to help project promoters develop efficient operational methodologies in response to both local and global challenges.
During a project, implementation may be affected by many endogenous and exogenous factors but project promoters, whether private, public or voluntary sector, are accountable for their results. Moreover, their political and financial supporters must be able to understand the issues and dynamics involved in the work. Focusing on these themes, Geres offers to support project management, from design through to final evaluation via monitoring and guidance systems, in order to document the results as fully as possible and anticipate and justify any necessary reorientation. The aim is to ensure lasting achievements for promoters, as well as beneficiaries and partners, and capitalization of lessons learned with a view to future projects.
